CSCX is a format for segmentation rules written for the Culter project; it is designed to be smaller and more readable than SRX, but strictly convertible to it. Culter included conversion from CSCX to SRX since a long time.

However, until now we thought that the reverse operation was not possible: once templates are expanded to long set of rules, it is difficult to do the contrary.

In the new release we finally found a solution almost for simple cases. If you provide not only an SRX file, but also a CSCX file containing templates, culter-conv.rb will check for SRX rules which look like the result of templates. It works only for templates with only one variable, but it can save lot of time if you want to use CSCX format.
