Ensis is a tool to edit segmentation rules in one of Culter's supported formats and produce a new file with your modifications.

In theory it is included in Culter itself but the version actually considered as stable is only capable of displaying and test the rules, not to edit them.

Here you can find a beta version of the editor: you can edit mappings and rules, and save the result in a new file. You cannot edit rule templates yet. And more generally, remember that it has not yet been widely tested.
