This small web service is designed to create Cyclotis memories. This should not be confused with the REST-Cyclotis service, which is used to read and write the memory contents via plugins.

To install it, first you must install the SQL scripts and indicate in config.yml where you have put it. Configure also the relation between physical tables and logical memories: which languages you are using, which table to create given user parameters (language, project name...) and finally, you can start the server as any perl/Dancer application.
