After some tests, bugs were identified in OmegaT plugin for Cyclotis, so a new version is published.

We also update updated binary OmegaT 4.3, which already contains this plugin. Patches are not concerned by the change and they are still compatible with OmegaT "last build".

In DGT we also test a new API for browsable memories. In case it really improves performances, new release of what we publish in Silvestris web site will arrive later.
