Translation Memories and Projects API for OmegaT - Version 3

This new release of the API should be faster and less memory-consuming, especially when a memory contains very big set of data. Except of that, any plugin, once adapted to the new API, should have same behavior as with API version 2.

As for original patches, this set of patches is built upon 5.6.0 and compatible with last published (5.7.1) but not yet with trunk (5.8), for which adaptation is ongoing work.

This new version is experimental, for that reason we publish only the patches for the moment. As an alternative you can check for DGT-OmegaT 3.6, which already uses the new API (note: STABLE release 3.4 still uses old API).
