Exilis is a format for local translation memories, with support of indexation. We already provided Ruby scripts to create such memories and search inside.

From now users of DGT-OmegaT 3.6 (BETA) or 3.7 (DEV) can include an Exilis memory in their project. Contrarily to TMX, the index does not need to be fully loaded in memory, which is ideal if it is very big.

For users of Trados studio we also publish a plugin to do the same. This is not as powerful as SDLTM, but this makes possible to use the same indexed memory in Trados Studio and DGT-OmegaT.
